Citadel Securities raised concerns about regulatory framework and market infrastructure for 24-hour trading. Peterffy highlighted IBKR’s forecast trader for event-driven data analysis, using climate change as an example. Peterffy emphasized the need for coordinated control over market forces while maintaining individual self-determination.
