AB Science’s veterinary medicine MASIVET has received approval from the EMA to extend its shelf life to 48 months from 36 months for the 50mg tablet version in the EU. MASIVET is used to treat non-resectable mast cell tumors in dogs with confirmed mutations in the c-kit tyrosine kinase receptor. This extension allows for better inventory management and ensures continued access to effective therapies for patients, caregivers, and veterinarians in all EU countries.
