Adobe raised its full-year forecast due to high demand for AI software tools. Despite a weak first quarter, the company saw recovery in the second quarter as clients resumed projects. Revenue for fiscal 2025 is expected to be $23.50-$23.60 billion. Excluding items, full-year profit is raised to $20.50-$20.70 per share. Adobe continues to invest in AI innovation. Adobe Firefly, launched in 2023, expands AI-driven creative tools. Adobe integrates image-generation AI models from OpenAI and Google into Firefly. Second-quarter revenue was $5.87 billion, above analysts’ estimates. Third-quarter results outlook is also positive.
