Aja Health and Wellness Inc. is nearing the filing of its annual audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, after a delay due to a reverse takeover transaction. The Alberta Securities Commission issued a management cease trade order on May 6, 2025, which will remain in place until June 30, 2025. The company anticipates completing the required filings by July 31, 2025, and until then, it will comply with Alternative Information Guidelines.
