Mexico-based Coke bottler Arca Continental has acquired a vending business in the US, including Tulsa-based Imperial. The financial terms were not disclosed. Arca Continental plans to invest 18bn pesos this year, with half in Mexico and the rest in the US. In 2024, the company saw a 10.9% increase in net sales to 237bn pesos, with net income up 11.8% to 19.56bn. Just Drinks has reached out to Arca Continental for further details on the deal and their investment plans. The company generates 46% of net sales in Mexico and aims to expand distribution centers and factories in Texas.
