AM Mexico, a new division of Artistic Milliners, has started production in Parras, Mexico, with a 150,000-square-foot denim production facility. The facility, acquired last August, will produce and wash jeans, with the capacity to manufacture 30,000 garments a month initially, growing to 450,000 within a year. The strategic location near the U.S. border enables reduced shipping times and costs. Cutting-edge automation from industry leaders is integrated into operations. AM Mexico aims to reduce delivery timelines by up to 13 weeks, offering supply chain resilience. The facility marks a significant milestone in Artistic Milliners’ expansion efforts.
