Belo Sun Mining Corp. announced a major renewal of its governance structure during the Annual General Meeting, which included the appointment of a Brazil-based President to lead operations in the country. Four new directors were elected to the Board, bringing expertise in mine development, Brazilian operations, and capital markets. Clovis Torres, a respected Brazilian mining executive, was elected as Chairman of the Board and interim CEO. The Company also confirmed the re-election of two existing directors, expressing appreciation for past leadership.
