Each unit includes a common share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.075 within 36 months. Proceeds will be used for general working capital, with participation allowed from directors, officers, and employees. The offering is subject to TSXV approvals and securities will have a hold period. Not available for sale to U.S. investors without exemptions. BSK.V closed at $0.06 on the TSXV, down 20% on Thursday.
