Boeing received 303 gross orders for new airplanes in May, the highest since December 2023. They delivered 45 aircraft, totaling 220 for the year, while Airbus delivered 243. Boeing logged 512 orders net of cancellations. The FAA capped 737 Max production at 38 a month. Boeing CEO plans to stabilize production before increasing. Boeing expects to resume plane deliveries to China.
