BPCE Equipment Solutions’ Chief Commercial Officer, Florence Roussel Pollet, has left after just four months to join BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. She will now lead CNH Industrial Capital Europe and join the Executive Committee of BNP’s Equipment & Logistics Solutions International Business Line. Roussel-Pollet’s experience in structured finance and commercial strategy is seen as vital for enhancing the partnership with CNH and Iveco Group.

Roussel-Pollet’s move back to BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions follows Mariusz Tarasiuk’s promotion to CEO of the company’s DACH region. Her role involves overseeing financing for CNH and Iveco’s machinery and vehicles across Europe. Her career background at Société Générale Equipment Finance and BPCE positions her well for this new role, focusing on driving sustainable growth and delivering innovative financing solutions.

Operating under CNH Capital and IVECO CAPITAL brands, CNH Industrial Capital Europe provides custom financing solutions like hire purchase and finance leases in key markets such as France, Germany, Italy, the UK, and Spain. These services are vital for supporting CNH and Iveco Group’s industrial vehicle and machinery sales. Jean-Michel Boyer of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions commended Roussel-Pollet’s expertise in structured finance and commercial strategy, highlighting her value in strengthening the strategic partnership with CNH and Iveco Group.

Roussel-Pollet’s departure from BPCE Equipment Solutions after a short tenure has drawn attention in the French banking sector. Her previous role involved overseeing global sales and operations in multiple countries following BPCE’s acquisition of SGEF. The sale of SGEF by Société Générale was part of a broader strategic move to simplify the business model and exit non-core areas. BPCE aimed to enhance its presence in leasing and structured finance through the acquisition and rebranding of SGEF as BPCE Equipment Solutions.
