BWR Exploration Inc. and Electro Metals and Mining Inc. have successfully raised a total of $240,000 in Bridge Financing, exceeding the minimum requirement for their proposed business combination. BWR raised an additional $50,000 in its second tranche, issuing 2,500,000 Units at $0.02 per Unit. Electro raised $150,000 by issuing 937,500 Electro Units at $0.16 each. The business combination will be completed through a reverse takeover, subject to TSXV acceptance and shareholder approval. Finder’s Compensation of up to 7% cash and 7% finders warrants may be issued to third parties involved in the transaction. Trading of BWR shares is currently halted.
