Byline Bancorp prices public offering of 4.28 million shares at $24.75 per share

Byline Bancorp Inc. (BY) priced a public offering of 4.28 million shares of common stock at $24.75 per share by the Estate of Daniel L. Goodwin and Equity Shares Investors, LLC. The Secondary Offering is set to close on June 12, 2025. The company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of its shares and will also purchase $10.0 million of shares from the underwriter. This is part of Byline Bancorp’s share repurchase program authorized on January 1, 2025.
