Cactus (WHD) will acquire 65% of Baker Hughes’ Surface Pressure Control Business, boosting its position as an oilfield equipment manufacturer. The deal includes a $600+ million backlog and transforms Cactus’ geographic footprint, with most revenues from the Middle East. Baker Hughes will retain 35% ownership in a Joint Venture post-closing.
