Capita, a British outsourcer, is using AI to reduce recruitment time from weeks to hours. Developed with Salesforce Inc, this service will be rolled out this summer. CEO Adolfo Hernandez stated they hire about 10,000 people annually for various operations. Salesforce mentioned Capita is the first British business-to-business company to use Agentforce AI, automating over 200 tasks, including recruitment. The tool, developed in the first three months of the year, creates a pipeline of qualified candidates matched to the job, allowing recruiters more time for final interviews. Capita plans to launch the high volume recruitment service this summer.
