Chainlink, JPMorgan’s Kinexys, and Ondo Finance completed a crosschain DvP settlement, involving a permissioned payment network and a public testnet focused on real-world asset tokenization.

The settlement was coordinated using Chainlink’s Runtime Environment, with OUSG tokenized US Treasurys fund exchanged for payment via Kinexys’ platform.

The successful transaction represents an expansion of Kinexys’ settlement capabilities and the first to be executed on the Ondo Chain testnet.

The RWA market surged over 260% in the first half of 2025, reaching a total valuation of $23 billion. Tokenized private credit led the market boom, followed by tokenized US Treasury debt.

New players continue to enter the market, with Pan-European fund manager APS purchasing 3 million euros in tokenized bonds tied to Italian residential properties.
