Conagra Brands, Inc. has completed the sale of the Chef Boyardee brand to Hometown Food Company for $600 million in cash. The deal includes the manufacturing facility in Milton, PA, and all assets related to the shelf-stable products business, but excludes frozen skillet meals. Conagra’s stock is trading at $22.79, up 0.15 percent in pre-market hours on the NYSE.
