Top creditors for Contract Managed Services include LIT Industrial Limited Partnership and U.S. Small Business Administration, while GD Transport LLC lists American Express, Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Leasing Company, and Chase Bank. Both companies have had vehicles taken out of service during roadside inspections at rates higher than the national average.
