Credit Agricole Alpes Provence has announced a program to repurchase its own cooperative investment certificates. As of December 31, 2024, they hold 10,492 CCI, representing 1.50% of the total certificates and 0.14% of the capital. The program allows for market activities and cancellation of acquired certificates. The maximum capital to be acquired is 10% of total certificates, with a maximum purchase price of €150 per certificate. The program is authorized until September 25, 2026, with €10,486,950 allocated. 21,879 certificates have been canceled in the past 24 months.
