The average weekly retail diesel price fell to $3.451 a gallon, the lowest since September 2021. Prices have dropped 18.8 cents a gallon since April 7. U.S. diesel market continues to be weighed down by weak demand, with consumption down to 3.65 million barrels a day, lower than the 10-year average of 3.92 million barrels a day.
