Encouraging data presented at EHA 2025 on potential treatments for various cancers

Ascentage Pharma presented results from 13 studies at the 2025 European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Congress. Olverembatinib showed promise in treating Ph+ ALL, with high CR and CMR rates. Olverembatinib in combination with INO achieved deep molecular responses in relapsed Ph+ ALL patients. Olverembatinib also showed efficacy in treating MLN-FGFR1. Additionally, the investigational EED inhibitor APG-5918 demonstrated potent antitumor activity in T-cell lymphoma. Both olverembatinib and APG-5918 are investigational compounds.
