Shareholders of Endeavour Silver Corp. voted in favor of all items at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, with over 137 million votes cast or represented. All director nominees were re-elected, and shareholders supported setting the number of directors at seven. Additionally, KPMG LLP was re-appointed as auditor with 86.58% of the vote.
