Ravi Jani promoted to CFO of Real Brokerage one day after Michelle Ressler’s termination. Jani previously held roles at Citadel and Bank of America. Ressler claims company reassigned her duties after pregnancy disclosure, suggesting she couldn’t be an effective CFO and mother.
