FLSmidth’s Chief Digital Officer & Chief Operations Officer, Mikko Tepponen, will be stepping down at the end of June 2025 to pursue an opportunity outside of the company. The role of Chief Digital Officer & Chief Operations Officer will be eliminated as part of the new corporate model, with responsibilities being transferred to other executive team members. CEO Mikko Keto praised Tepponen’s contributions to FLSmidth’s transformation and announced the new Group Executive Management team. FLSmidth is a technology and service supplier to the global mining and cement industries, with a sustainability ambition of zero emissions by 2030.
