Greenridge Exploration acquires Raven Uranium Project in Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, Canada through low-cost staking with no royalties. The project spans 6,269 hectares near McArthur River Uranium Mine, positioned 65km southeast. Raven features historical electromagnetic conductor and magnetic low, indicating uranium potential, yet remains under-explored with no known drill-holes.

Greenridge’s acquisition includes new claims contiguous to existing possession. The region’s structural trends intersecting brittle faults are highly prospective for uranium deposits. Despite no historical drill-holes at Raven, the company has data from a 2021 airborne survey and plans for further surface work and potentially a helicopter-borne electromagnetic survey in 2025.

In a strategic move, Greenridge Exploration signed a binding agreement to acquire ALX Resources, merging to dominate the Canadian uranium exploration sector. The combined entity now holds interests in 16 uranium exploration projects covering around 220,000ha across Athabasca Basin, Thelon Basin, and Elliot Lake, solidifying their position in the industry.
