HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. announced a public offering of $600 million of 6.15% green senior unsecured notes due 2031 and $400 million of 6.75% green senior unsecured notes due 2034. The net proceeds of approximately $987.3 million will be used to fund cash tender offers of existing notes, repay outstanding debt, and acquire, invest in, or refinance green projects. The notes will be guaranteed by several entities within the company. Settlement is expected on June 24, 2025.
