Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. (HPP) priced an underwritten public offering of 197.19 million shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase 71.86 million shares. The shares are priced at $2.23 per share and the warrants at $2.22 each. Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 40.36 million shares. The offering is expected to generate net proceeds of approximately $575.6 million or $662.0 million if the option is exercised in full. Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings, other debts, or for general corporate purposes. The offering is set to close on or about June 13, 2025.
