Ioneer secures $16m in new shares for Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project in Nevada. Placement funds strategic partnering and project advancement. Strong support from shareholders with 253 million new shares issued at A$0.10 each. Funds for project readiness, environmental costs, and working capital. Canaccord Genuity leads placement.

Share purchase plan offered to raise additional $3.3m. Eligible shareholders can buy up to A$30,000 without fees. Managing director pleased with investor engagement despite lithium market challenges. Previous joint venture partner Sibanye-Stillwater exited project due to falling lithium prices. Project aims to accelerate electric vehicle transition.
