Kimberly-Clark nears $3.5 billion sale of Kleenex and tissue business to Suzano

Kimberly-Clark is close to selling its Kleenex and tissue businesses outside of North America for $3.5 billion to Brazilian company Suzano, according to the Wall Street Journal. The deal is expected to be finalized soon, possibly by Thursday.
