Lloyd’s has made key appointments to its executive team, with Rachel Turk as chief of market performance and Caroline Sandeman-Allen as chief of market oversight. Jonathan May will also join the team, while Dawn Miller’s role expands to include corporate affairs. Existing executive team members will maintain their roles. George Marcotte remains interim chief operations officer. The team will report to CEO Patrick Tiernan, who aims to deliver on short-term priorities and develop a long-term vision for Lloyd’s. The restructuring replaces the chief of markets role with chief of market oversight and chief of market performance, elevating the CCO to the executive team. CEO of LIC will now report directly to the CEO.
