Marvell Technology introduced the Package Integrated Voltage Regulator (PIVR) power solutions, benefiting hyperscalers like Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, and Alphabet. These solutions allow for faster, integrated silicon chips and passives, enhancing computing operations in racks or data centers.

The Marvell PIVR power solution optimizes infrastructure by controlling electricity flow to semiconductors, reducing high voltages to sub-1V levels for advanced processors. The company launched a 2nm custom SRAM technology platform, providing high-speed memory while reducing power consumption and die area.

Marvell’s custom SRAM delivers industry-leading bandwidth per square millimeter, recovering up to 15% of total area in a 2nm design. It consumes 66% less power than standard on-chip SRAM at equivalent densities, operating at speeds up to 3.75 GHz.

Specializing in semiconductor solutions for data infrastructure, Marvell focuses on high-performance chips for cloud computing, networking, storage, 5G, and automotive applications. Analysts project Marvell to drive $4 billion in AI revenues this year, with a strong growth outlook in AI/Networking through 2026.
