Merus N.V. priced a public offering of 5.26 million shares at $57.00 per share, expecting gross proceeds of around $300 million. The funds will be used for clinical development, research, and technology. Underwriters have an option to purchase 789,473 additional shares. The offering is expected to close around June 5, with Jefferies, BofA Securities, and others as joint book-running managers. Merus shares rose 6.7% in regular trading but fell 6.7% in extended trading, closing at $62.42 and $58.27, respectively on Nasdaq.
