Tesla follows closely behind with 11,509 BTC worth $1.2 billion. Saylor’s remarks have sparked a range of reactions, with some saying Bitcoin is a hedge against losing everything, while others believe it is the key to having everything. Despite Saylor’s change in stance, Bitcoin maximalists continue to view the cryptocurrency as both a store of value and a hedge against inflation. At present, Bitcoin is priced at $106,845.40, representing a significant surge of over 1,100% in the last five years.
