Moleculin Biotech prices public offering shares at 37c to fund drug development

Moleculin Biotech (MBRX) is pricing a public offering of 16,080,000 shares of common stock and Series E warrants at 37c per share. The offering is expected to close on or about June 23, with gross proceeds of approximately $5.9M. The net proceeds will fund the advancement of Annamycin and other drug portfolios in clinical development and research. Roth Capital Partners is the exclusive placement agent.
