AMD is top Nasdaq 100 performer, up 2.4%, while Paychex is down 7.1%.

In early trading, Advanced Micro Devices leads as the best performing Nasdaq 100 component, up 2.4% with a 17.4% gain year to date. On the flip side, Paychex is the worst performer, down 7.1% today but still showing a 0.9% gain for the year.

Other movers include Automatic Data Processing, down 1.8%, and Palantir Technologies, up 2.3%.
