Nevada Lithium Resources Inc. has extended the expiry date of 19,488,992 outstanding common share purchase warrants for 24 months to July 7, 2027. These warrants were issued in connection with a private placement that raised $4,585,000 in gross proceeds and the conversion of $535,998 in promissory notes. The company’s core asset is the Bonnie Claire Project in Nevada, which has significant lithium and boron resources in both the Lower and Upper Zones.
