AI-driven energy solutions provider NextNRG has partnered with private equity company Hudson Sustainable Group to develop a portfolio of energy infrastructure in the US. The portfolio includes solar, battery storage, microgrids, and EV charging. Hudson will fund selected projects, enhancing NextNRG’s ability to scale energy solutions. The partnership aims to drive project execution and advance next-generation systems.

NextNRG and Hudson will collaborate on project financing and terms, subject to due diligence. The partnership gives NextNRG access to Hudson-led development opportunities in fleet electrification and data center power. Hudson’s experience in renewable power and clean transport infrastructure will support the collaboration. Hudson has a track record of investing over $13bn in such projects.

Hudson Sustainable Group has previously supported entities in the clean energy sector. NextNRG founder Michael D Farkas praised the partnership for enhancing their ability to scale energy infrastructure. Hudson Sustainable Group founder Neil Auerbach highlighted NextNRG’s impressive technology and expressed excitement about monetizing its IP and portfolios. The collaboration aims to boost US energy infrastructure.
