NioBay Metals Inc. has started a drilling campaign on the Crevier property, located 50 km north of Girardville, Quebec. The campaign, funded by a grant from the MRNF, will involve large diameter drilling to collect over 125 metric tons of material for bulk sampling. The campaign will be carried out by a local drilling company and supervised by a Saguenay firm. The company plans to use the material collected to prepare for a larger pilot plant and produce more product for potential customers. NioBay aims to become a leader in sustainable mining practices and prioritize Indigenous community involvement.
