Oceaneering signs offshore vessel services agreement for Gulf of Mexico

Oceaneering International’s offshore projects group secures a vessel services agreement with a major operator for Harvey Deep Sea in the Gulf of Mexico. Equipped with two ROVs, the vessel will be used for subsea IMR and installation services until February 2027. OPG looks forward to delivering high-quality results and value to the customer.
CFO Alan R. Curtis retires from Oceaneering International, with Michael W. Sumruld set to take over on 1 January 2026. Curtis, who joined in 1995, will assist in the transition. The new CFO will ensure financial stability and success for the company under the guidance of president and CEO Rod Larson.
Oceaneering International’s UK subsidiary secured multiple contracts for North Sea vessel services last year. These contracts involve offshore services like decommissioning and subsea installation support. The company continues to expand its reach and services in the North Sea region, showcasing its commitment to excellence in offshore operations.
