Parsons has been awarded a $169.5 million contract by the US Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District to provide design-build services for a new Ammonium Nitrate Solution Tank Farm at Holston Army Ammunition Plant. This is Parsons’ third award from USACE Norfolk District in four years. The project will enable HSAAP to increase storage capacity for ANSol, a byproduct of explosives manufacturing.
