Prosus N.V. reported higher fiscal 2025 core headline earnings of $7.4 billion, a 47% increase from last year’s $5.0 billion. Adjusted EBIT was $179 million, compared to a loss of $118 million last year. Ecommerce profitability improved significantly, with Adjusted EBIT surging to $443 million from $38 million. Group revenues from the Ecommerce portfolio increased by 21% to $6.2 billion. The company also proposed a 100% increase in dividend to 0.20 euro. Prosus N.V. expects momentum to continue and plans to add at least the same level of incremental aEBIT in fiscal 2026.
