The company sold 7.9 million shares at $19 each, giving them a market value of $1.3 billion. Omada offers virtual care for chronic conditions but does not offer GLP-1 weight loss drugs. They have over 679,000 members and use AI to automate virtual care. Largest shareholders include Revelation Partners and USVP. Omada had a net loss of $9.4 million on revenue of close to $55 million in the first quarter of 2025.
