Frasers Group Plc (FRAS.L) has confirmed that it will not make an offer for Revolution Beauty Group PLC (REVB.L), causing Revolution Beauty shares to drop 21.7% on the London stock exchange. Frasers Group shares were also down 0.9% following media reports. Frasers had previously participated in the Formal Sale Process for Revolution Beauty but is now bound by restrictions unless consent is given by the Takeover Panel. Frasers had announced that any offer for Revolution Beauty would be all cash, and Revolution Beauty had confirmed Frasers’ participation in the due diligence process.
