Robin Energy (RBNE) has entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors to purchase 763,000 common shares at $5.25 each, generating about $4M in gross proceeds before expenses. Maxim Group is the sole placement agent for the Offering, with the net proceeds intended for working capital and general corporate purposes. The Offering is set to close around June 20, subject to customary conditions.
