Naveen Chopra, departing CFO of Paramount, set to receive $6 million in cash bonuses upon taking CFO role at Roblox. Chopra will also earn $735,000 annual base salary and $28 million in restricted stock units, with additional relocation expenses covered by Roblox. Andrew Warren appointed interim CFO at Paramount.

Chopra, with experience at Amazon and Pandora, to succeed Michael Guthrie as CFO at Roblox. Roblox reports 97.8 million daily active users in Q1 2025, with $1 billion in revenue and $1.2 billion in bookings. However, company faces questions about profitability and platform safety, especially regarding children’s use.

Paramount undergoes CFO transition as company navigates challenges and cost-cutting measures. Company reportedly planning to lay off about 3.5% of its workforce.
