RSA, a part of Intact Financial Corporation, appoints Tovah Grosscurth as the new managing director of its Commercial Lines business. Pending regulatory approval, Grosscurth will succeed Sonya Bryson, bringing 28 years of experience at RSA. She will report to UK & International CEO Ken Norgrove.

Norgrove thanked Bryson for her contributions to the integration of NIG and FarmWeb, leading to improved service and market visibility. RSA announced plans to rebrand RSA Insurance, NIG, and FarmWeb to Intact Insurance by year-end after Intact Financial’s acquisition of RSA in 2021. Grosscurth will oversee strategy, profit and loss, and performance of the UK commercial lines division.

Grosscurth’s experience at RSA includes various roles in strategy, change, claims, operations, and leadership of the commercial lines E-trade business. Norgrove praised Grosscurth’s leadership and operational expertise, expressing confidence in her ability to drive transformation and establish RSA as the UK’s premier Commercial Lines insurer.
