SciSparc Ltd. announced a one-for-twenty one reverse share split of its Ordinary Shares, effective July 3, 2025, trading under the symbol SPRC. The split will reduce outstanding shares from 11,225,751 to approximately 534,600. Shareholders need not take action, as the process will be automatic through brokers or custodians. The split is part of the Company’s focus on developing therapies for disorders and rare diseases of the central nervous system.
