In 2025, IPOs are in high demand, with $25.4 billion raised so far, exceeding 2024’s $18.2 billion. Caris Life Sciences, a precision medicine company focused on cancer, raised $494.1 million through its IPO. Caris aims to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital and operating expenses.

Caris Life Sciences plays a significant role in the $903.8 billion global oncology market, with the U.S. expected to contribute $416.9 billion. The company is expanding aggressively by combining AI with molecular insights to advance personalized medicine. Caris has completed over 6.5 million tests and processed 163,000 clinical cases in 2024 alone.

With partnerships with over 100 pharmaceutical companies, Caris is focused on driving the adoption of its Caris Assure test, expanding beyond oncology. Despite unprofitability, revenues grew to $412.3 million in 2024, with molecular profiling services accounting for $349.1 million. The company reduced net losses and improved cash management.

Q1 2025 saw Caris’ revenue rise by 50% to $120.9 million, with a reduction in losses to $102.6 million.
