Skanska secures Nkr360m contract to build Gjesdal Health Center in Norway, featuring 76 institutional places and various facilities. Project includes 2,000m² parking garage and implementation of LowEx energy concept for heating and cooling. Construction starts in September 2025, aiming for completion by June 2027, contributing to Skanska’s Nordic order bookings. Skanska reported Skr177bn revenues in 2024 with a workforce of 26,300 employees. In addition, Skanska signs Nkr1.7bn contract for Skøyen metro station in Oslo and secures construction contracts in Scandinavia, upgrading water tunnels and building new access tunnels for hydroelectric power plants.
