OneSubsea, a joint venture of SLB, secures EPC contract from Equinor for phase two of the Northern Lights CCS project offshore Norway. Contract includes engineering and construction of two new subsea CO₂ injection systems. Project work underway, with deliveries expected in 2026. Capacity to expand to 5mt of CO₂ per year.

Northern Lights project receives permits for CO₂ injection and storage in North Sea’s Aurora CCS license. Phase one development complete and fully booked, set to begin operations in second half of 2025. Project offers CO₂ storage services to industrial customers.
