Slide Insurance Holdings is launching an IPO in the US to raise up to $340m by offering 20 million shares of common stock priced between $15 and $17 each. The IPO could value Slide at up to $2.12bn, with shares trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker SLDE. Founded in 2021 by Bruce and Shannon Lucas, Slide is a technology-enabled insurer focusing on coastal states along the Atlantic seaboard. In Q1 2025, Slide reported a net income of $92.5m, total revenue of $281.5m, and gross written premiums of $278.2m. Barclays and Morgan Stanley are leading the IPO.
